The Sarawak Arts Council was invited to present cultural performances at the Thailand International Fair (TIFT) in support of Visit Malaysia 2026. The event, held in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia and the Sarawak Tourism Board, took place from 5–8 September 2025 at Central Festival Mall, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Over the course of three days, the Sarawak Arts Council captivated audiences with traditional dances of the Malay, Iban, Melanau, Bidayuh, and Orang Ulu communities. The vibrant choreography, accompanied by stunning traditional costumes, not only enlivened the atmosphere but also received high praise from visitors. These performances became one of the main highlights of the fair, elevating Sarawak’s cultural heritage while strengthening Malaysia’s image on the international stage.
